호텔이 깨끗했습니다. 위치도 역에서 많이 멀지 않고 조용한 동네에 있어서 개인적으로 만족도가 높았습니다. 좁긴해도 일본 숙소치고 좁다고 할 수 없는 크기입니다. 온천도 깨끗하게 잘 관리되어 여러가지 측면에서 만족도가 높았습니다. 다만, 인도분인 것 같은 직원분이 계셨는데 이 분은 영어를 잘 못하시는데 잘 알아들으신 것처럼 행동하시면서 실수를 하고도 미안하다는 말씀도 없으신데.. 태도가 좀 그러신 것 같았습니다.
체크아웃 할 때 몇 분 늦어져서 미안하다고 사과를 드렸는데 대꾸도 안 해주시고요..
그거 외에는 다 만족스러웠습니다.
