It's much cleaner than I thought, and there's a Don Quijote right in front, and it's close to the station, so it's okay to walk around. However, since the station is right in front, it's an above-ground subway, so you can hear the sound of the train, but if you're traveling, you'll faint and pass by, so if you're sensitive, it's better not to go. And the staff are very friendly. I like it.

Check-out time is later than other Japanese hotels, and you can do laundry and cook.
The hotel is in a great location, and the zoo, Tennoji, Abeno, and Tsutenkaku are all within walking distance.

The distance is really ㅋㅋㅋ The best merit is that it is right next to the station + you can go to the airport in one go.
If you want to make sure you reserve a non-smoking room, it would be better to confirm it with the hotel by email. After all, if you do it on Trip.com, there is a chance that it will be wrong ㅠㅠ
But the staff were really kind and the cleaning was clean, so it was nice. It was right in front of the train station, but I didn't have any problems sleeping. I was tired anyway ㅎㅎ

Initially I was sceptical when I arrived in front of the hotel, however, the warm welcome by the staff reassured me.
The bed was the narrowest among my stay in Japan and I could see the rail platforms from my window. A bit noisy when the trains are running but I am only in the room at night. I put on my earplugs when I sleep early. The hotel also provides ear plugs.
The housekeeping only comes in 3 times a week but I can get clean towels and pajamas from the reception whenever I need them. They have washing machines and dryers at very affordable prices.
They provide coffee daily from 5am to 11am. They have a compact kitchen for guest use, that includes electric stove and microwave.
I can access a few metro lines and a direct train to Kansai airport just minutes from the hotel making it very convenient to get around. There is a Mega Don Quixote, which is open 24 hrs behind the hotel and a few malls just 1 stop away.
Overall, I had a pleasant stay and the staff were so friendly and helpful.

It is a quiet location that is reasonably close to downtown Osaka. Kansai Airport is 5 minutes away, and you can go directly to Shin-Amamiya Station. The accommodation is quite clean. It is a good choice for a short trip with 1-2 people.
