위치는 하루카스 바로 옆으로 텐노지역에서 내리면 크게 찾아갈 필요 없이 찾을 수 있습니다. 다만 대로변이라 소음이 조금 있을 수 있습니다

前台有個帶圍巾，帶眼鏡的前台服務人員，對中國人服務很差，愛答不理，對日本人就笑容滿面服務。每週五感受到日本人的おもてなし心，其他服務人員都很好！以後出差不會再去

離天王寺站很近，位置方便，有個電梯可以直接從天橋出入酒店，不用下天橋再上去。房間大。東西落在房間了幫忙尋找很仔細，態度也好。

太方便了，樓下就是QS和近鐵兩個商場，近鐵百貨非常好買！吃飯也很方便，除了商場裏的，一蘭拉麪就在對面，酒店樓下就有吉野家餛飩店，附近就是天王寺站和阿倍野北站，去關西機場很方便直接在天王寺站坐JR。
房間裏每天給送水，除了晚上偶爾能聽到商場外面有人賣藝唱歌，其實都挺安靜的
