Let me start with the downsides. The Wi-Fi signal was so poor it was practically unusable. I couldn't connect, and even when I did, it was difficult to access websites.
The front desk closed from 2:00 AM to 6:00 AM. The hotel uses standard keys, so you open and lock the door like you would at home. All toiletries were self-service at the front desk, and bathrobes were available at the elevator entrance. If you wanted your room cleaned, you had to place your key in a small box at the front desk before 10:00 AM; otherwise, your room wouldn't be cleaned. In other words, everything was self-service.

The hotel's location was great, and the room was quite spacious and comfortable, so I returned. I had a wonderful vacation in this wonderful accommodation. I plan to return again next time.

地理位置特別好，離心齋橋道頓堀特近，走到格力高廣告牌就五分鐘差不多，工作人員態度很好，雖然酒店有點年頭但是完全看不出來，下次有機會來還會住的！

位置很好，近日本橋地鐵，心齋橋附近，不過房間很小，並沒有特別乾淨，床上有白色不明物體有點噁心，後來跟前台説了換了房間，給我90度鞠躬了，這也可以原諒，但是比較無語的是酒店前台英語説的不好，我也聽不懂，翻譯的過程也有問題，然後這個男經理非常不耐煩，歎氣搖頭的樣子好像是我住這個酒店給他帶來了很大的麻煩一樣。不推薦住

It’s easy to find the place and very convenient for my early morning flight at Kansai Airport. Left the hotel early morning to Namba station to take the 5.15am Nankai line train to Kansai airport. The hotel staff are very helpful and they also fixed the internet which wasn’t working well. Stayed 2 nights and will definitely book this hotel again for December. Walking distance to food and drinking places plus found some hidden gems along the alleys too.
