This stay was beyond our expectations. The biggest advantage for Chinese people is the Chinese service. It is commendable in terms of communication, environment, space and facilities. The location is close to Dotonbori and Shinsaibashi, 10 minutes away. I checked in on the 21st. I booked the wrong double room online at that time. The receptionist Xiao Tao was very patient and helped us switch to a standard room for free. He enthusiastically answered some of our questions about food and play. The receptionist on the second day and check-out was Tao Laodi. This young man was very enthusiastic and efficient. I exchanged some Japanese cultural life with him.
