非常棒，感謝前台服務人員，把我們安排朝大阪城，窗外風景美如畫。服務人員很用心，每天給我們整理房間，非常感謝，很好的體驗。日本這個國家有太多值得我們國內學習的地方，受益匪淺。這個酒店雖然有些年生，保養很好，不低於國內五星，位置出則繁華，入則寧靜。軌道交通也方便，還有接駁車，十分好評。再次感謝酒店所有人員。

房間挺大的，但是交通算不上很方便。好在酒店裡有去車站的巴士。這個酒店離大阪城很近的，去世博園也很方便！所以1200出頭元的價格還是可以接受的。不得不説一下大阪世博會真的很棒啊！還想去！

酒店非常棒，很乾凈，早餐很棒，有洗衣房和吸煙室，房間空間也蠻大，前台有中文服務，非常熱情，一定要訂城堡景房間，風景超讚。
酒店接駁車不太好找，JR站出來要過馬路，記住面對高架路，接駁車站牌在左手，森之宮站7B出口出來，向左走，高架橋在右手，可以導航找 大阪中央勞動基準監督署，接駁車站牌就在路邊非常小，早8.05到這裏，每十五分鐘一班，最晚一班21.05。可以看我的視頻。

酒店是按照人數入住的，要是不符合房間人數，其他人是不允許進入房間的。
地方很偏，地鐵也不方便。
房間裏礦泉水都沒有，很不方便 。

服務態度非常非常差
合理部分店員懷疑對華人歧視。
期間有staff溝通時，因為退房時間問題曾強制性私自處罰我18800日元罰金，在我拒絕之後，拿手指着我，我十分震驚以服務聞名的日本酒店。極其惡劣，不會再來居住。避雷。

房間大，乾淨。景觀美。前台的工作人員熱情，周到。負責任。我們到的第一個晚上，想去大阪城公園。前台工作人員告訴我們下雨了，給我們送來了雨傘。我們太感動了。謝謝他們。接駁車的司機師傅也很好。總之，這個酒店很好。下次還來。並推薦給朋友。
