The location is very good, very close to Saibashi and Dotonbori, just a dozen minutes' walk. The front desk service is friendly, the room is clean and tidy, and it is close to everything. There are also many places to eat nearby. I will come again next time

The hotel is located very close to Shinsaibashi-suji. There are convenience stores, McDonald's, drug stores, Starbucks, DOOUOR...! Super convenient! The hotel provides free luggage storage and free drinks and hot and cold water. You can store your luggage when you arrive early and store your luggage after checking out, which is really flexible for tourists! The space between the two rooms is quite large. We brought a 28-inch luggage and a 26-inch luggage and they can be spread out. Although the toilet space is small, the bathtub is large and there is enough space for showering or bathing! Because my family felt unwell on the first night of the trip, I asked the hotel staff to assist in registration and medical consultation the next morning. I am really grateful to the female Chinese service staff on duty on the morning of 10/6 for their assistance. Otherwise, all future trips may be in vain!! The only thing I would like to suggest is that there is dust floating around when the curtains in the room are opened, which can cause allergies in guests. Hotel staff are requested to pay more attention to these details! Overall, the price/performance ratio is pretty good!

Although the room is small, it is really close to Shinsaibashi. The transportation is convenient. The service is nice. The price is very affordable. You don’t have to order breakfast. There are a lot of restaurants nearby. I will consider this hotel next time I come.

It is very close to Nagahoribashi and Shinsaibashi subway. It is very convenient for eating and shopping. The room is cleaned every day, and the overall space is relatively large, at least not crowded. The breakfast is delicious, both Western and Japanese. There is free soup and coffee, as well as an ice machine and laundry room. If I have the chance to go again, I will book this hotel again
