房間乾淨整潔，地理位置優越，出行方便，到去機場的大巴站步行5分鐘。唯一欠缺的是入住時要求安靜的房間，但依然給了我靠近地鐵的房間，會聽到地鐵聲音。

地理位置非常好 就在梅田大阪站旁邊 那一條小路我很喜歡很安靜，不靠火車站那一邊的房間稍微聽得到一點點對我來説完全沒影響。設施比較老這點也可以接受。
但缺點是 我們衝著另一點優點即房間相對比較大定的（訂的時候寫的是21.2m2），但我們1827這個房間整個佈置看上去很小，2個28寸是完全放不開來的。衹能放一個。後面其他酒店的18m2 房間雙床都能放下2個。

很乾凈，早餐特別好，洗手間算是比較大的，兩張床，併到一起，夠三個人睡，離車站很近，出行方便，也很安靜，完全聽不到鐵路的噪音。

離大阪站西口特別近，出來有條小路直通哈頓西梅田酒店，在KITTY商場隔壁，不要聽谷歌地圖的，會讓你繞一大圈，找不到大阪站西口的先找櫻橋口也行，過馬路到對面711旁邊直走就到了。這是在日本住的第三家酒店，之前在神户和京都郵寄過來的行李入住前就到酒店了，三人房挺寬敞的，打開2個26寸，1個20寸行李箱都沒問題，我們選了離鐵道遠的一面，11層偶爾聽到鐵路聲，不影響睡眠，性價比不錯。B1有5台洗衣機和烘乾機，我是早上用的，基本沒人。
