Overall, staying at the hotel left a positive impression. The only thing is that we stayed for 3 days and during that time the garbage was not removed.

Since we were staying for multiple nights, I would have liked some information about towel replacement. There was a coin laundry nearby, so we washed ours there and used them.
The inside of the elevator was not exactly clean, and the fabric sheets on the walls were wrinkled and smelled bad. The room also smelled humid, so it would have been nice if the windows could be closed to let in fresh air.
The shampoo and hair dryer were in good condition.

If you only consider the cost-effectiveness, it's okay, but if you're going to walk, it's a bit far from Dotonbori, so it could be the worst choice. You have to live with two towels for 3 nights and 4 days, and when I asked for more towels before leaving, they said okay and lied. Manager level. Kyoto level; The towels are so dirty that a handful of towel dust gets stuck on your face, so you have to apply toner and remove them one by one. Maybe because they clean so poorly, there's a lot of dust and hair on the blanket. There's no light on the vanity. I only recommend it to people who don't wear makeup. It's really confusing to turn on the boiler when you shower. I wasted an hour because of that. If you want to have the worst trip to Japan, choose this place right now! They say there's a gym, but it feels like they just stored a few dumbbells and chin-ups in the warehouse, so don't be fooled. ㅋㅋ You should use your energy when you travel and have fun, but you can never exercise. You're tired. ㅋㅋ Don't be fooled by things like that like me. ㅋㅋ

I stayed for 3 nights and 4 days.
First, regarding transportation, the location of the accommodation seems good.
I used the Osaka Amazing Pass to move around, and since most subways pass through Namba Station nearby, it was easy to get around (10-12 minutes on foot from the accommodation).
Second, regarding check-in and service.
Check-in is unmanned, and if you reserve a place, you can receive check-in information in advance through Trip.com messages and receive the accommodation room password, etc.
Basically, check-in time is 3 PM, but you can leave your luggage at the accommodation at 12 PM.
(However, the cleaning staff may clean the place, so you cannot unpack your luggage.)
Therefore, you don't have to worry about arriving earlier than the check-in time and leaving your luggage.
For towels and toilet paper, it would be convenient to ask them to send it to you through Trip.com messages in advance. I received 2 large-sized towels and 2 basic-sized towels for 2 people, but since it was a 3-night, 4-day trip, there weren't enough towels, so I sent a Trip.com message to ask for additional towels, which I received the next day and used well. (They wrap them in a bag and hang them on the outside doorknob.)
There is a gym and laundry room on the first floor of the accommodation. The gym has dumbbells, Smith machines, and simple exercise equipment, so you can use them. I haven't used the laundry room, so I can't speak directly about it. Those who want to use it should check it out.
The third is cleanliness.
In the case of multiple nights, it seems that they don't clean when you are out.
(It may be possible if you request it through a Trip.com message.)
When I checked in on the first day, it was before cleaning, so I could see the condition of the bed mat, and there was a slight stain. However, I don't think it's a big problem because they put a thick sheet on top after cleaning the room.
(This may be a consideration for those who are sensitive to cleanliness.)
The fourth is the interior layout of the room. The accommodation consists of a small kitchen, shower room (for one person), toilet, veranda, dressing table (for one person), and bed (living room).
The kitchen is equipped with an induction stove, microwave, cups, bowls, chopsticks, refrigerator, and sink.
The shower room has shampoo, body wash, and conditioner. The hot water can also be adjusted.
There is a clothes drying rack on the veranda, so if you do laundry, you can dry it.
The accommodation is not large, but I think it is in a good location for transportation, so I plan to use it again when I visit Osaka next time, and I recommend it to those who are looking for accommodation.

The experience was very good. It was the most comfortable stay among all the B&Bs in the same area. I will book it again next time I come.

Small but nice flat in the heart of Osaka. We enjoyed the location, the gym, and the coin laundry.
