It was great except that the room was a bit small. The staff was friendly and the facilities were clean. The breakfast was Japanese home-style and clean, which was nice. I would like to come back again on my next trip.

The hotel is nice, close to the subway station. However, it is a 30 minute drive from the shinkanzen arrival station and far from the main attractions. Also, the rooms are tiny, impossible to open the suitcases, every time we had to open them on the bed.

The hotel was very clean, small as it says but not as small as expected, perfectly fine for a few days. The staff were very friendly and the amenities were great. There were clear instructions everywhere, very detailed. The location was convenient with a train station 1 minute away, great access to everything. Plenty of convenience stores within a minute walk, and a shopping mall at the station also! The room had a universal socket. Cleaning happened automatically every 3 days, you can request it before 9am daily by putting a sign on the door. Only downside - which is maybe too much of a positive. Everyday they drop fresh towels and robes outside your door. Even if not required. Personally, I don’t need a fresh towel every single day, so this can build up. Also the vents above shower full of dust

Fizemos a reserva com quase um mês de antecedência e pedimos um quarto com acessibilidade. Mas para a surpresa de zero pessoas, o staff do hotel sequer leu nossa solicitação e ao chegar, esse quarto "não estava disponível" (se é que existe). Pior que isso é que existe um degrau enorme para acesso ao banheiro. Tivemos que usar o banheiro de uso comum no hall do hotel. Um absurdo!!! Ainda tentaram nos empurrar um quarto mais caro que de nada serviria pois o degrau no banheiro ainda existe, mas olha o absurdo: teríamos que sair do quarto A as 10:00, esperar até às 15 para fazer checkin no quarto B, depois repetir a mesma coisa no outro dia para voltar ao quarto A, ou seja: mesmo eles estando errados eu teria que pagar a mais e ainda por cima ter a dor de cabeça de esperar horário de checkin!!!! Sem comentários! Nota zero.
