在梅田東通一條街附近，很多吃的，交通方便，窗户隔音好。樓下很多晚上才開的店，介意的話謹慎選擇。

遙控上房很方便。房間很大很舒適，有個可以晾衣服的大陽台，房子應該是新裝修的，也很乾凈衞生，離梅田站步行大概10分鐘左右。唯一缺點是所在區域比較多夜店和風俗店，晚上還有喝醉酒直接躺路邊的，帶娃旅行的避免就可以了。然後隔音感覺不錯，感覺不到下面的嘈雜聲。

優點是地段好，出去就是東通裏商業街，算是飯店和酒吧，整體很乾凈，有個很大的露台。缺點是樓下酒吧很吵，對小孩子睡眠有影響，會路過許多夜店招牌，進大樓電梯間有點怪味道，沒有每天保潔都是自助處理，房間空間比照片感覺小點。總的來説性價比不高，主要地段去景點和吃飯比較方便。

It's quite clean, with dry and wet areas separated. The room is over 20 square meters and is quite large (compared to the same price). It's in the Umeda shopping street, very lively at night.
