The location is closer to Imamiya Station, about 7 minutes walk. The surrounding area is relatively deserted, and there are 2 Lawsons, a ramen restaurant, and a barbecue restaurant within a few minutes. The room is very well equipped, with refrigerators, TVs, washing machines, microwave ovens, and even pots, pans, and kitchen knives. You can buy vegetables at Daiso next to Imamiya Station and cook for yourself. The room is relatively large, and it is an apartment-style hotel. I stayed there for 5 days, and I took the garbage down every day. There was no room service. It's very clean and well-organized. It's very convenient to be 10 minutes away from JR Imamiya Station. There's a supermarket just outside JR Imamiya Station. The B&B has a built-in kitchen where you can buy wagyu beef and cook Japanese food. It's so nice.
