The hotel is quite good, relatively quiet, and has a balcony. It is very close to Daikokucho subway station, where you can hang clothes. The overall cost-effectiveness is very high, and it is a good B&B.

It's an unmanned hotel, and the balcony is a bonus. Everything went smoothly during check-in. The room is well soundproofed, with no other noise except for the sound of doors opening and closing in other rooms during the day and sports cars driving at night. One night, I heard what sounded like water coming from the bathroom, but my companions had already fallen asleep. Could room 1403 be an accident room?

The room is tidy and the location is good, close to the subway and JR line. We stayed on the top floor and it was very quiet at night. However, the hygiene needs to be improved. There are stains on the inside of the quilt and hair in the corners under the bed.

The room is quite big, bigger than the double room in an ordinary hotel, and there is no problem for two people to live in it. The sanitation is quite clean. Living on the 14th floor corridor, you can see the Tsutenkaku, the view is good. I will consider it next time
