I asked for a refund, but they acted like they were giving me special treatment and kept suspecting me as a consumer. They said they weren't responsible for the additional cost I paid because I couldn't stay there and that they would report me as a consumer 3. They didn't clean the place. They only gave me one set of towels and I had to wash them myself lol 4. They said the customer center was open until 12:30 in the morning but I couldn't contact them at all. Are there any employees? I don't know.

I arrived in the evening and went to the accommodation, but I was so shocked to see that the building was under remodeling. The entrance was also under construction, so I was so shocked that I wondered if I was in the right place. But fortunately, the room condition was very good, clean, and satisfactory. The room was spacious, and the bed was also wide and nice. However, there were some drawbacks, such as the noise between floors and poor soundproofing. However, my family of four had a great time for 4 nights and 5 days. And the location was good, so I was able to walk to Dotonbori.

From the outside, it looks like an ordinary residential building. The gate is under renovation like a construction site, but it is a different world inside. Check in in advance and get the key with the password. The room facilities are complete, which is considered a very luxurious space in Japan. There is a simple kitchen, and the famous Kuromon Market is next to it, which is especially suitable for family travel.
