WONZ HOTEL Namba Shinsaibashi Central Area｜self-check-in

Don't stay! Don't stay! Don't stay! Don't stay! Don't stay!!! The only downside of this trip to Japan was choosing this accommodation! This is not a hotel at all, it's just a B&B, and it's pretty bad! Although the location is good and it's convenient to go everywhere, everything else is really bad!!! First of all, I stayed for 4 days and never saw the front desk, no matter it was morning, noon or night! I didn't see any staff in the whole hotel except the cleaners, and they didn't reply to messages online in time. Is it so easy to run a famous B&B? ? No one? ? Secondly, the room situation. Although it says there is a window, there is a cement wall outside the window, and there is no screen, so the window cannot be opened at all. So even if it is ventilated 24 hours a day and the purifier is turned on, there is always a musty smell! The air conditioner is even more outrageous. It's like a tractor when it's turned on. I can't sleep at all... The room is also very narrow. The Japanese-style room I booked can't even fit two open boxes! The bed is right next to the toilet. Every time I go to the toilet, I have to step on the bed or walk against the wall. The room's soundproofing was also extremely poor; I could clearly hear the neighbors' doors opening and closing. They did have a refrigerator, a TV (tiny and useless), an air purifier, a smart toilet, and a shower, but that still didn't change the fact that this was a terrible hotel! Don't come!

The hotel is very conveniently located, about 7-8 minutes walk to the subway station. The surrounding environment is also very convenient, with many convenience stores and restaurants.
