位置很好，附近有惠美須町站、動物園前地鐵和新今宮鐵路站，去哪兒都方便。周邊是通天閣的商業街，有很多炸串小吃和便利店，還有一家唐吉可德一直營業到早上5點，購物吃飯超級方便！房間入住完全自助，操作簡單，設施衞生也很棒，垃圾要自己分類然後丟到樓下的垃圾房，跟着房間的手冊操作，挺簡單的。門口有一個鞋櫃，小房間裏有一個衣櫃，空間還是挺大的，就是餐桌的位置會比較侷促，沒有沙發，大包小包衹能放在桌子上或者小茶几上，不收納整齊就會顯得亂。房間裏有洗衣機，洗衣液很好聞，還有很多衣架，我每天都洗衣服，這樣最後一天打包行李就不用再拿一大堆臟衣服回去洗。沒有打掃的服務，所以每天最好簡單收拾一下保持整潔。我們入住的樓層很高，可以看到通天閣，總之是很好的體驗，不足的地方是插座的位置不是很好，床頭沒有，而且也沒有usb充電口。

There is a small balcony behind the bed, but the balcony hygiene is not very good, there is a lot of dust, the sound insulation is a little bit worse, the garbage room door cannot be opened, and there is a garbage can on the street of Tsutenkaku every morning.
