When booking, I selected one adult and one child (age 6) for the hotel, but actually only two adults and one child stayed. The Thai receptionist demanded a 14,000 yen difference (for three nights), which was fine. Then, after looking at the child's passport, she explained that since he was over 6, he still counted as an adult and even offered to show me a document required by the hotel. That meant a lot of arguments. Since I had already selected one adult and one child when booking on Ctrip and had correctly filled in the child's age, they refused to cover the difference. After a while, the receptionist finally relented, but I had already left a bad impression of the hotel's software and service.

The location is great, needless to say, and there are plenty of places to go nearby. Restaurants, bars, Don Quijote, Namba shopping mall, it's the best location.

I stayed here for work. This is my second time.
It's new and the room is clean, but there are still some inconveniences.
The refrigerator in the room only has a refrigerator.
There's no ice (ice maker). Since I knew I'd be away from home for work, I would have liked to at least have some ice for my water bottle.
Apparently the front desk is sometimes closed in the early morning, so I was told to ask the restaurant if I wanted to leave my luggage there.
It's close to Nihonbashi Station, so I think I'll stay here again.

Location: The location is really close, less than 5 minutes from Nankai Namba Station. Kuromon Market and Dotonbori are also nearby, and the Don Quijote right in front of the hotel is a great location for shopping!
Cleanliness and Room Size: The room had two beds and was perfect for just sleeping. I came with my younger sibling, so one 24-inch suitcase was fine, but if you have more than two, you won't be able to store them open.
The room wasn't cleaned for two nights, but if you leave your towels and trash outside the door in the morning, they'll replace them!
You can store your luggage before and after check-in, and the staff speaks English well, which was nice.
