Hotel story Namba

This hotel in Osaka was the most disappointing in this eight-day trip to Japan. The disadvantages are as follows: 1. The hotel hygiene is very poor. When we checked in, there were hair and Y hair on the floor between the tatami mattress and the bedside table. I don’t know how to clean the room hygiene; 2. The hotel sound insulation is very poor. At night, I can hear the sound of the neighbors walking and opening the door in the room. The tatami mattress has no support, and it feels like sleeping on the floor; 3. Maybe the hotel is newly renovated? There is a decoration smell in the corridor. The ventilation and air conditioning must be turned on in the room to get rid of the smell. This hotel feels like an apartment converted, not a hotel…

Pros: 1. Convenient location (near the metro, away from the noise) 2. Lots of space, unlike most standard rooms in business hotels. Cons: 1. Terribly dirty, as if the people who stayed before us had only taken out the trash and changed the bed linen. Hair and dust everywhere, the floor felt like it hadn't been washed for a long time. A used napkin from other guests was still attached to the bed. 2. Service. I understand that it's not like a hotel. But they forgot to just put towels in for us, and the shower gel was almost empty (we were staying for a week). Going around asking for all this is not cool

수건이 좀 부족하지만 다른 시설들이 좋아서 만족. 일단 침실이 구분되어 있다는 게 가장 좋음. 거실에 있는 티비는 유튜브, 넷플릭스 시청 가능. 밤에 편의점 털고 유튜브 보면서 먹으면 최고입니다. 다음에 오사카 또 간다면 1옵션으로 고려할 숙소입니다

Very good place, took 2 rooms for the family, cozy, clean. Check-in without problems. Everything is there: iron, hair dryer, refrigerator. Everything is super. Thank you!

This was a fantastic room. It is large and very clean. There is a gas stove, a washing machine, a steamer and a humidifier. The location is very convenient. The metro and shops are within walking distance Booking this room was one of the best decisions I would like to express my gratitude to the owner for the comfort provided

The location is good, the environment is nice, it is small but complete, I will choose this place again if I have the chance.
