Check-in and check-out were by ourselves, with no staff. Check-out was at 10:00 AM, while other hotels in Japan usually check-out at 11:00 AM. The air conditioning at the check-in counter was not on, making it very hot and sparsely ventilated. I suggest the host consider turning it on. Pros: The room was clean, spacious, and you could cook your own meals. Cons: 1. The air conditioning was not turned on in advance, making the room very stuffy upon entering. 2. The room had a strong decoration smell, probably because the windows were not opened for ventilation. The hotel is conveniently located, a 5-minute walk from the subway station. There's a direct bus to Namba, about a 30-minute walk. We took the bus to Namba and walked back, and the Osaka sea breeze was still very cool at night. There's a Life supermarket nearby with a full range of items.

It's noisy upstairs.

The room was very clean. It was well-cleaned and I would like to use it again. I did find the check-in process complicated, though.

The room is spacious and has everything you need, so there are no problems, but the structure seems to make it easy for sound to echo, so you can hear a lot of noise from people climbing the stairs and from the next room.
