It's convenient because it's close to the station, but unfortunately the toilets don't have heated seats.

The hotel is good, I took a room with two large beds, it was super comfortable for two, there was a sofa in the room, but there is only one such room on each floor. Breakfast is good, it is cheaper to pay for it together with the room when booking, as it turned out. I was surprised by the quality of shampoos and other accessories in the bathroom. Friends lived in smaller rooms, but they each took their own room, the price is not much more than two people staying together. Therefore, if you are traveling with a group, I recommend single occupancy. The station is literally behind the hub, but it is not possible to walk from the center of the main streets

This trip, I traveled alone, so I looked for a hotel with a good location not too far from the city, which met my financial needs. I bought a JR pass to use, so I chose this hotel, which is close to JR Tsukamoto station. It’s really close. Walking back at night is not scary. There are convenience stores like Lawson, 7-11, and Family Mart. There are also many restaurants. I have used the services quite often. The hotel has been built for a long time. The design of the rooms may be a bit old, but everything works normally, so it’s not a big deal. The thing is that I pressed the wrong room type. I booked a smoking room, which I didn’t realize. How did I press it? 🥹 I only realized it when I printed the evidence to submit to immigration on the week I was flying. Because I was flying alone, I quickly contacted the hotel to ask if I could change it. But in my heart, I was really screwed because there were a lot of people in April. If I changed it, it probably wouldn’t be possible. And the sad thing about the trip was that it couldn’t be cancelled because I thought there wouldn’t be anything attached to it for sure. So I contacted the hotel myself. The hotel said that it couldn’t be changed, but it would clean it really well. I guarantee that there won't be any cigarette smell or anything like that. We thought, "Oh, okay, it's our fault. There's nothing we can do." Thank you, hotel. When we first checked in, we completely forgot that it was a smoking room. It was clean, smoke-free, and didn't have a musty smell. The staff cleaned every day. If you don't want them to do it, they can just put up a sign. There are pajamas and toiletries that you can get at the front desk. We got them every day because we didn't prepare any. I think it's Pola brand. They work very well. The pajamas and towels are changed every day. You can press the button on each floor when you take the elevator; you don't need a room key card (in case anyone needs high security and wants to know). There are 2 staff per shift (Japanese). They can communicate in fairly good English and can use sign language to communicate. In front of the hotel, there is parking for 3 cars, but I'm not sure if there's a charge or if they don't let guests park. Check-in is at 2:00 PM. Anyone who arrives early can leave their bags. Check-out is before 11:00 AM. I'm not sure if they can leave their bags after check-out. We didn't leave them there. Overall, the service was good, clean, and there were no problems with lost items. Breakfast is available, but we didn't choose it. Tsukamoto Station is one station from Osaka Station. Take the train across the river to Osaka.

It was conveniently located near the station! There are many izakayas nearby, so it's perfect for going out for drinks!

It's only one stop away from Osaka Station, so it's recommended for those who want to stay somewhere affordable and easily accessible. However, even though I booked a non-smoking room, the moment I opened the door I could smell cigarette smoke. It's fine if you ventilate the room.

Good location. From the central Osaka station - 1 stop. Nearby are many shops, pharmacies, many places to eat. The room is small. There were 2 small suitcases and one large one. Very little space. The bathroom and toilet are also very small. Breakfasts are delicious! The staff does their job perfectly
