Из плюсов только сервис и локация.
1) очень поздний заезд и ранний выезд
2) под окнами идет шумная стройка. Даже в субботу с утра вы проснетесь от ее звуков. Отель обязан предупреждать о таких вещах. Мы приехали отдыхать, а не слушать стройку
3) комнаты очень темные, отличаются от фото
4) вы могли бы предоставлять гостям с длительным проживаением хотя бы одну уборку. За неделю полы становятся грязными, даже если вы очень чистоплотные.
