Hotel was 10-15 mins walk from Namba. Check in process was fast and the receptionist was able to speak English.
Room was clean, a bit small but that's expected of Japanese hotel so no issues.
Breakfast was available but we didn't purchase.

The hotel is a little far from the station, and it takes about 15 minutes to walk with luggage. The Namba Shrine next to the hotel is very special and worth a visit.
The hotel breakfast is pretty good with a wide variety.

The room is not too big, but the location is good, one minute away from Namba Shrine and ten minutes away from OCAT. It is very satisfactory as a transit accommodation. There is a self-service water dispenser on the first floor, and the staff who pass by will greet you warmly.
