Location is close to private metro but need to change at Namba transition station (big station) for shopping, as only a supermarket nearby.

convenient location and extensive amenities such as a washing machine, cutlery, tv, heater and in-built clothes dryer. easy access to 24 hour supermarket and dotonburi.
service however could be improved through a front desk as inquiring about problems through email was quite annoying. also be aware that the bed/s are extremely hard and uncomfortable.

Easy and clear instructions on how to enter. The room itself is equipped with everything you need. Unfortunately, the room was not very clean: dust, other people's hair on the floor and on the bed.
The location is good, not far from the subway. But if you are in Osaka for the first time and plan to travel around the area a lot (Nara, Kyoto, Kobe, etc.), then it is better to book accommodation near Osaka station, otherwise you will spend a lot of time transferring in the subway (the transitions between stations in Osaka are simply HUGE).
Otherwise, the price/quality ratio is appropriate.
