Cockroaches !!!! Severe hygiene concerns and unhelpful staff. I booked the place for three days, on the third day just before packing I found cockroaches all over my things. I told the staff about it and asked for a total refund . Their answer was so very weird : I hadn’t told them early enough for them to be able to « help me » and to put me in another room so I was only compensated for one night. Just because I didn’t see them doesn’t mean they weren’t there… Everybody please be careful when you book online, this was traumatizing honestly.

The corners were a little dusty, but the rest was clean. It's a 15-20 minute walk from Dotonbori, but there's a supermarket nearby, so it was fine. The apartment is near an overpass, so it's a little scary, but it was quiet and nice when we were there. It might be a little scary for two women.
