Very good location and easy access from Umeda train station. Service and respond from hotel staff is good but unfortunately facing some problems when want to modify one of my booking due to communication problem between Trip.com and hotel. That’s the only disappointment experience I had with Trip.com. 😓

There is a subway station 50 meters away, which is very convenient for going to Osaka Castle Park. There is also a Lawson. Lawson is a little small.
