Hotel Sanrriott Osaka Hommachi

The location is excellent, with convenient access to restaurants and the subway downstairs. The problem with the drainage in the room was too serious. When I took a shower on the first day, the water in the bathtub was already above my ankles. I called the front desk, they came to check it out and said they would come and fix it the next day, but they didn't! I took showers like this for three days and I didn’t even dare to wash my hair!

The room is small and the hygiene is a bit poor. There is a sour smell when entering the bathroom. I flushed the shower curtain with water to get rid of the sour smell a little. The location is good and there is a big supermarket nearby.

The location is a little over 10 minutes walk from Dotonbori, and it is a residential area, but it is quiet despite being on the roadside. The room is a little small, but it was okay considering that it is a Japanese place. The bathroom was small, but the water pressure was strong, so there was no problem with washing. It was good that they blocked the entrance from 1 to 5:30 in the morning, and they placed towels and other items across from the first floor counter so that it was easy to take them. I felt that the staff were generally friendly. I didn't eat breakfast, but it seemed to be good value for money and delicious. There is a supermarket, convenience store, cafe, and restaurant right next to it, so it is good to buy something to eat instead of a late-night snack or breakfast. There is also a McDonald's right next to it.

The room and bathroom are a bit small, suitable for single occupancy, but the location is good ~ There are service staff 24 hours a day and it is very close to Nagahoribashi and Nihonbashi, so it is convenient to go anywhere! But hygiene needs to be improved.
