I stayed in room 303. The room was severely underequipped, and with temperatures in the 30s at the end of July, the air conditioning malfunctioned. It happened at 11 p.m., leaving only a message on the hotel phone, and the platform was unable to contact the owner. After two hours of troubleshooting and online research, I finally identified the problem with the air conditioner controller. While the remote control screen displayed messages, it was unable to properly transmit infrared signals due to insufficient battery power, even blowing hot air in cooling mode. I purchased new batteries at a convenience store down the street, and only then was the air conditioner able to restart. It was a truly terrible accommodation experience, especially late at night on a scorching summer night. I only received a response from the owner the next morning. I refused to add them on WeChat or offer any form of compensation, expressing my deep dissatisfaction and negative review of this stay.

The self-service check-in was very convenient. The room was no problem for a family of four with large suitcases. It's about a 6-minute walk from the Hainan Electric Railway Tianchawu Station. There's a large supermarket opposite the station. Overall, it's a great value for money. ✅
