工作人員很親切，會幫忙把行李拿上2樓checkin
衞生環境很乾凈，會提供睡衣，以及各種洗漱用品和護膚品（pola的
樓下有可以自取的速溶咖啡和茶包，樓上的浴場可能運氣比較好每次去也是一個自己包場的狀態。
不過隔音不好所以遇上打呼的可能會比較吵

一人旅にはとても良かったです！カプセルホテルタイプではありますが、3畳ほどの個室ブースで、布団スペースの他に、荷物を広げる場所、小さな机とクッション、ロッカー、吊られたテレビがありました。フロアには、清潔な洗面所、トイレ、シャワーブースがあります。特筆すべきは最上階の大浴場で、とても気持ちよく過ごせました。シャンプー、洗面類はポーラのものが一通り全部揃っていて、ドライヤーはリファのと美容室専用のものでした。バスタオルとタオルも毎日変えてくれて、室内着もある。ということで手持ち荷物がすごく少なくて済みます。2階の受付までの階段が急でトランクを上げるのが大変だったことと、ランドリーが無いことくらいでしょうか。また大阪の時は利用させていただきます。
