沒有前台專人服務，入住需要自行輸入確認單號，通過一系列操作，才能拿到鑰匙，跟探索遊戲一樣。
離地鐵站電車站有一段距離，大人步行需要10分鐘，可以穿過動物園一番街，滿街都是居酒屋，再往下，昭和的味道就出來了。
公寓環境蠻新的，佈局合理，住著也不錯。但細節欠缺了一點，不過整體還行。
由於要住四晚，酒店沒有很多細節，沒有預留多套毛巾，本著i人性質，毛巾湊合用了四晚。
只要價格便宜的話，湊合也能接受。

環境偏就算了 '整個大廳電梯沒有空調 室內比室外都熱 房間空調製冷非常一般 吹了半個小時温度都沒降 就是一坨 出門旅途千萬別選這家酒店 會難受的影響出遊心情的 出門左拐燈紅酒綠亂七八糟 出門右拐已經亂七八糟

酒店比較乾淨，冰箱、微波爐、電磁爐都有，動物園前地鐵站出來就有個便利店，跟着導航走5分鐘到酒店。酒店需要穿過本地的小衚衕接到，很有生活氣息。那邊有好多居酒屋是風月場所，有女的站在門口招呼人。帶孩子的需要注意下，快速離開。不跟着導航可能迷路。整體來説酒店不錯，換成也很方便去所有玩的地方乘個幾站地鐵就到了。
