Beautiful facility, but some of the units are definitely older. Great staff, but if I went back I would ask to not be in Edgewater unit. Very friendly and helpful staff and pools were great.

We had fun. The room wasn’t the cleanest cobwebs on the balcony. We weren’t told the pool would be shut on the Monday for a photo shoot which would’ve been handy to know and we could’ve added the waterpark in on the package but was not offered overall great Places To Stay staff very friendly.

Easy check in process, very friendly staff all through the resort. Room was great, plenty of pillows! Bowled, played putt putt golf, played pools, plenty to stay busy on the resort. It was rainy and chilly, they had indoor activities available for a family...great food and drinks, comparable prices to other resorts. Overall great stay!

My family and I spent Labor Day weekend at Margaritaville, and overall, we had a great time and would definitely consider coming back. The lake view from the property was beautiful and added a relaxing touch to our stay. Food & Drinks: The food and drinks were delicious, though on the pricier side. The drinks were excellent, and the bartenders were polite, friendly, and really added to the positive vibe of the place. Service: Service throughout the resort was very good—staff were attentive and helpful, which made our stay smooth and enjoyable. Entertainment: The entertainment was a highlight! There was plenty to do, and the atmosphere was lively and fun for both adults and kids. Plenty of pools and live music. Room & Noise: The rooms were comfortable but could use an update soon. One downside was the noise from neighboring guests, which was noticeable at times and affected the overall tranquility. Despite a few minor drawbacks, we had a memorable and enjoyable stay. With a few improvements, this resort could easily become a top-tier destination. Looking forward to visiting again!

Overall satisfied. Went as part of a large group of families for sports tournament. Resort is large but it still does get very crowded. Rooms are nice and clean. Common areas of hotel are clean but dated. For example, one of the elevators was broken pretty much the entire stay. The fitness center was a decent size but equipment was old. The mini golf needs an update. Pools are nice and a good size but again, become very crowded quickly. The restaurants serve good food and drinks (especially the late night pizza!). Staff is friendly and accommodated our large party whenever possible which was great. Shuttle service around the resort is great and convenient since the area is large and amenities are spread apart. The worst part was parking which is very limited. Hard to find spots often when coming back from town. Location of resort is good though. Very pretty views.

The place was so cozy and welcoming. We had a great time walking to each restaurant and seeing the boats go by. Would love to visit in the summer for more of a buzz, but it was great and relaxing just the same. Recommended for everyone. the staff was incredibly warm.

Went here for a two day conference, I will never be back. Stayed in the Driftwood building, room 925 and upon checking in the room smelled very musty and was not the most clean. I woke up the next morning to bite marks on my face and hands. I checked the mattress and actively found numerous CRAWLING BED BUGS just under the fitted sheet. I didn’t even need to lift the mattress. There were also blood stains on the sheets from where I assume I was bitten by the bugs . I went to the front desk where I was told I had to wait to speak to security. A security guard came over and said “we hire an outside company to do an investigation. We are sorry, these things happen”. My company card was refunded for the price of the entire stay. As the day wore on I developed more and more bites and they are now covering my entire body. I left early and did not attend day 2 of my conference. I ended up having an allergic reaction to the bites and saw my dermatologist, who said for me to have as many bites as I have all over my body, the entire room is more than likely completely infested with bed bugs and has been for quite sometime. This would explain why the front desk was not at all shocked when I showed them the video I took of the bed bugs crawling on the sheets. I then threw everything away I brought to the conference. Bags, purse, pillow, clothing, shoes, ect. I could not take the chance of bringing my things and bringing any bugs to my own home, so I cut my losses.

Stay somewhere else. Not sure why our conference comes back here year after year. The resort is very dated and dish repair. My room had a musty smell to it that got worse if the air conditioner cycled off. The fitted sheet would not stay on the bed and there were cracks in the sheet rock/peeling paint. Wonder what Margaritaville Holdings LLC would say if they paid a visit.
