Parto con la nota Positiva signora alla reception veramente disponibile professionale e cordiale.... Peccato che alla prima camera c erano delle formiche!!....passiamo alla seconda.....il bagno sembrava pulito ma solo apparentemente!!!

Siamo giunti per ora di pranzo e le camere erano già impeccabili; eravamo in 4 e ci è stata data la Family room....mega sorpresa!! 3 camere da letto di cui 2 letti matrimoniali, salotto molto spazioso e balconcini ovunque. Colazione abbondante, mista anche x me celiaca.

Friendly staff, room needs a good cleaning.
All of the staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Our room had a huge pile of dust/dirt in the corner and mold in the tile grout in the shower. The bed wasn’t very comfortable.
I know it’s not a 4 star hotel but cleanliness should be expected.

Hotel für Zwischenstopp
Etwas in die Jahre gekommenes kleines Hotel. Freundliches Personal, Bett bequem und Zimmer einfach aber sauber. Der Zug der hinter dem Hotel vorbei fährt ist bei offener Bslkontür sehr laut, bei geschlossener Tür erträglich. Badezimmer klein, aber es hat alles was man braucht. Großer Pluspunkt ist die Nähe zur Autobahn, ich hatte dort beim Zwischenstopp auf dem Weg nach Calabria übernachtet.

Nice stay in Orvieto Scalo.
Good hotel just off the main highway and five minutes drive into the center of Orvieto. The hotel is well kept, although dated, but clean and the Staff is very friendly. Well worth the ratio of quality vs price.

The room itself was worst I’ve ever stayed in. Beds were horrible. One was sunken in and slanted. I looked under sheets and it was falling apart. The toilet was dripping all night and the tiny shower wouldn’t stay on. Had to shower with one hand to keep it on. After the night I went to staff to let th know the issues so that they could fix them for the future. I wasn’t asking for anything just letting them know. They didn’t even apologize just made excuse and didn’t even let me finish speaking. Loved our breakfast woman though! If you are going to Orvieto please do not stay here. Stay up in the city not down by the train tracks like I made the mistake of.

Colazione buona e personale gentile. Purtroppo la camera e soprattutto il bagno erano molto vintage, non c'era il doccino della doccia ma solo il soffione e parte del battiscopa della stanza era completamente staccato dalla parete e a terra.

Ho avuto necessità di prenotare in questa struttura per essere vicino all'ospedale. Da un albergo a 4 stelle o anche 3,mi aspetto una camera matrimoniale con delle caratteristiche basiche: 1) con un frigo bar fornito (il loro posizionato a terra come fosse una piccola borsa frigo di dimensioni piccolissime,contenente 2 bottigliette d'acqua), 2) nessun bollitore per una bevanda calda. 3) La camera credo fosse accanto alla stazione del treno,riposo disturbato per ore. 4)tende della finestra sganciate in parte, come fosse una vecchia stanza 5) sopra alla finestra intonaco staccato,neanche nelle cantine anni 90. 6)bagno con doccia ,davvero datato,caratteristica interessante,la porta di chiusura è a fisarmonica,montata al contrario e vecchia,si capisce dal suo colore. Aggiungo un ultimo dettaglio,nn c'è servizio room service,ti scrivono che il portiere di notte è a disposizione,ma se vuoi mangiare,devi uscire ed andare ad un ristorante in convenzione.. Sottolineo che il mio arrivo è stato intorno alle 20.00. Struttura pessima,prezzi altissimi,servizi inesistenti ,la cortesia del receptionist unico dettaglio positivo.
