Rafaela the receptionist is very helpful and makes the stay effortless. There is free parking and the rooms serve a purpose and have everything you need.

Clean, tidy, comfortable room. Nice view over the golf course. Peaceful nights sleep. Plenty of car parking spaces on site. We enjoyed very good evening meals at Beefeater restaurant next door.

The staff are always helpful and friendly and try to accommodate any request with a smile on their face being a regular customer they try and put me on the ground floor as I prefer this. Rafaela always remembers us when we stay and is always ready to help

Great service from Dean on reception much improved to my last stay at a Premier Inn. Good stay would recommend if anyone is looking to stay in the area

Worst stay at a hotel ever! Cobwebs and spiders in the corners of bathroom. No running water in the room! No ventilation! Poor service

Rooms clean but too warm, fans provided. Booked restaurant for 20:15 but upon arrival told restaurant was closing and to order and eat in bar. Next night dined elsewhere but returned for a pint, bar staff gleefully said they closed at 22:00. Unsure what sort of hospitality they want to provide guests! Unfortunately work keeps sending me here, and experienced same issues everytime.

Decent clean rooms, could have done with air-conditioning. Decent food next door in the Beefeater and nice helpful staff there. No lift, which was a problem for my mum who has mobility issues. I had also e mailed a few times to get us rooms next to each other , we we're stjll a few doors away
