This hotel is grossly overpriced and consistently under delivered. Staff was at bare minimum and did a good job at making up for the short falls. It's a nice town, just spend your money on accommodations elsewhere.

Nice stay. Low ceiling bathroom.
Last minute trip for a couple. This was one of the last affordable options left, and we were overall very happy with our stay. Short 5 minute walk to town, and the lifts were not much further.
Note: The bathtub in our room (I think room #33) had the roof slope directly above it making it impossible to stand up and shower. (showerhead was mounted below chest hight). I am not sure if this is common in other rooms or just the one we were at (I think we booked one of the last rooms. As mentioned it was last minute trip). We weren't fussed enough about it to mention to the staff, but guests should be aware that this exists.

주차장에서 객실로 가는 주차장이 있어 편리했습니다. 친절하신 주인과 시내에서 조금 떨어져있어 조용하고 편했습니다.
꼭대기 방이여서 한층이 엘리베이터가 없어 걱정했는데 짐을 들어다 줘 편했습니다.

Probably one of my favourite places
Had a lovely room, very spacious. Nice little bathroom. Had a balcony aswell which was nice with amazing views of the mountains. Also a short walk into the centre. Had lovely customer service, I was given lots of info about the sounding area as it was my first time there. Also got given a free bus ticket thing which seamed pretty standard as I saw them everywhere but it was really nice. Was a lovely place

Ottimo hotel, a cinque minuti a piedi dal centro di Ortisei e da tutti gli impianti di risalita.
Le camere sono molto silenziose.
Rita, alla reception, è stata un’ottima padrona di casa, gentilissima e disponibile ad ogni nostra richiesta.
Ottima la colazione, con prodotti freschi che vengono riforniti man mano che stanno per finire.
Hotel consigliatissimo, ci torneremo! :)

This was an excellent experience. Rita was above and beyond helpful. The location was perfect and the breakfast couldn't be better. Great value for money specially if you are going for hikes. I would definitely recommend and would be happy to go back!

When you enter the Fortuna Hotel you know you are in the Dolomites. The room 42 was very typical of a Tyrolean Chalet, lots of pine and when you open the door to the balcony you have a jaw dropping view of the mountain side and cable cars. Every amenity was provided and in the morning the breakfast buffet was excellent with lots of choice and all looked after by the helpful and jovial Rita even with the language barrier. Very convenient, 5 minutes walk to town. A great choice.
