Semplicemente tutto perfetto dalla pulizia al cibo, dalla colazione alla spa. Un week magico in uno scenario magnifico. Complimenti anche a tutto lo staff professionale e simpatico e super disponibile. Не уважает своих гостей от слова совсем …((( мы сделали замечание нашему официанту и через полчаса на мою подругу напал хозяин этого отеля , мы даже не сращу плечом кто это 🤦♀️ он бросал телефон моей подруги и разбил его .., он сказал уезжайте сейчас же из моего отела …схватил мою подругу и набросился …🙈 я такое видела первый раз в жизни …владелец фашист …

We liked the hotel, mainly because we were very relaxed. The attention of the staff is excellent, the kitchen too. On the other hand, the hotel facilities are very good: The two swimming pools and the wellness area are very nice. However, I think that some kind of water massage would be missing, in a ski resort the spa is very relaxing after a day of skiing. I also miss some heat in the lounge, I think that it would be improved with some carpets. For the rest, we are very happy and we do not rule out returning. Thank you for everything.

Staff di altissimo livello. Il padrone Markus sempre presente ed attento a soddisfare le richieste. Spa ampia, pulita, ordinata. Tisane, frutta secca e acqua sempre disponibili. La camera era spaziosa, pulita e ben curata nei dettagli. Cibo ottimo. Da menzionare una colazione eccellente servita al tavolo!! Complimenti a tutti. Torneremo sicuramente!

Fantástico hotel, servicio e instalaciones. Muy recomendable. Viaje de esquí con amigos, las habitaciones amplias y cómodas, el desayuno y la cena muy buenos. Servicio a pistas y guía incluido en el precio. Buen spa. Estupenda atención de los empleados.

Ottimo hotel situato poco fuori Ortisei, nel cuore della Val Gardena, un contesto fiabesco! La struttura è molto elegante e raffinata. Tutto il personale, sia della reception che del ristorante, è stato disponibile, empatico e molto professionale. Il proprietario travolgente! Sempre solleciti nel soddisfare ogni richiesta. La Spa è molto ampia e curata, un vero paradiso! Eccellente la qualità del ristorante, sia per la colazione che per la cena. Il problema è dovere andare via! Da ritornarci sicuramente.

The hotel was beautiful and the staff was amazing. Very polite and helpful. Close location to town but if you plan on staying out late call a taxi ahead of time transportation is limited after 7pm or its a short walk back(uphill). Highly recommend this hotel
