Good base to explore ortisei. It’s walking distance to two cable cars and to ortisei. Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is food and dinner at zicoria is good. Staff are nice . They have triple rooms . Free access to local swimming pool next door and to the buses

We spent a few days with our son, his wife and their 3 month old son in Ortisei, staying at Hotel Hell. The hotel exceeded my expectations -- the rooms were nice, the hotel was neat and clean, the service was excellent, and the breakfast buffet was above average. We did not eat dinner at their restaurant. The parking on hotel property wasn't free (10 euros/day) but that may be because we were there in prime summer season. The hotel is within walking distance of the funiculars and cable cars so we didn't have to use our car to get around town. Very close to the shopping/restaurant downtown area -- only a few minutes walk. I definitely recommend.

Non ci sono parole per descrivere questo piccolo angolo di mondo, oasi di pace e tranquillità, ma anche di attenzione al cliente e professionalità. L’albergo è accogliente, le aree per colazione/pranzo/cena magnificamente disposte in modo da poter vedere le piste da qualunque posizione. Le stanze spaziose, eleganti e confortevoli. Il ristorante, Zicoria, combina perfettamente qualità elevatissima con piatti ricercati, senza perdere il legame con la tradizione; il tutto condito da eleganza e professionalità. Il personale è il vero cuore della struttura con loro ti senti sempre a casa.

5 mature ladies and I stayed here for a 3 night ski break . The rooms were clean , lovely linen , plenty of space ( we were 3 to a room and it was fine ). The breakfast was plentiful - all self service . There was a driver to run you to another ski lift in the morning but there was a button lift linking to a bigger ski lift further local area Alp suisi. If you want to ski the Sella Ronda I recommend getting a drop off in selva . We did apres ski in the Snowbar St Cristina ( excellent fun) and Stua / Luis Keller ( selva) but we dined in a fabulous local to the hotel restaurant and a pizzeria . We did have toasties one eve which were simple ham/ cheese but that was what we wanted - can’t comment on food in the restaurant in the evening. Mariia in reception was great and helped us with anything we required ! It should be renamed as was far from hellish !

La posizione dell'Hotel, ancorchè a 100/150 metri dal centro è proprio sulle piste di Ortisei per l'alpe di Siusi; si parte e si arriva con gli sci ai piedi e non è poco! Per gli impianti che portano al Seceda c'è un discreto servizio navetta. Colazione con prodotti di ottima qualità ,abbondante sia per il dolce che per il salato ....caffè ottimo! Stanza ampia e pulitissima, peccato che il bagno ,anch'esso ampio, abbia un areatore centralizzato che funziona solo in tempi prestabiliti. Spa essenziale ed a mio avviso, poco valorizzata. Fantastico l'aperitivo sulla terrazza l'ultimo dell'anno davanti alla pista dove si svolgeva la fiaccolata e non da meno il cenone, Eccellente il trattamento per il nostro amico a quattro zampe che ci poteva seguire ovunque (tranne alla SPA ) .

l’albergo e’ perfetto per la famiglia. la camera (una junior suite) era nuova grandissima con pavimenti riscaldati doccia e vasca da bagno. Pulizia giornaliera eccellente. Lo staff eccezionale, abbiamo avuto un problema con la macchina e tramite un loro contatto abbiamo risolto e ci ha permesso di ripartire in tempo! Peccato per il ristorante troppo gourmet per i miei gusti. Colazione da migliorare nella qualita’ dei prodotti

Highly recommended, stuff very kind, always looking to give a hand, rooms extra clean, big hug to Lahsen ( Mr. who help clean the room ) definitely we will be back. We tried only once their restaurant, as we wanted to explore the city, but it was veryyyyy delicious. Top!

Non capisco in che maniera attribuiscono le stelle in un hotel , questo ne ha 4 e ti aspetti molto oltre al prezzo (altissimo) , su 5 giorni di prenotazione 3 giorni non mi hanno fatto la camera al mio rientro dopo pranzo ,pulizia inesistente organizzati male , balcone senza privacy tutto aperto senza divisorio facile da scavalcare ed entrare nelle altre stanze (che con quello che senti non è il massimo)perché la porta balcone non ha l'apertura vasistas, bagno non finestrato e nemmeno una ventola che aspiri , ho buttato una carta nel cestino senza centrarlo il secondo giorno ed è restato lì per terra fno a quando ho finito la vacanza questo è tutto dire e ne avrei altre comunque diciamo una cosa positiva ,doccia grande e frigobar con macchina del caffè, comunque cercatene altri di hotel che costano meno e più puliti...
