L'ambiente della reception, il salotto e la sala colazione sono molto curati con bel mobilio ed addobbi eleganti. L'accoglienza estremamente cortese e sollecita. Ottima la colazione e pregevoli le stoviglie. Purtroppo la stanza era l'opposto: piccola, con un letto corto e stretto, dalla porta entrava la luce del corridoio. In bagno la tavoletta del wc era quasi divelta, mobile e specchio scrostati, lo specchio da trucco non rimaneva in posizione. Carta igienica da autogrill. La temperatura - soggettiva - insopportabilmente alta. Nel complesso non possiamo certo dirci soddisfatti per il prezzo pagato.

Excellent stay!
From check- in with snacks to checkout after a huge breakfast.... and everything's in between, 10+! The breakfast was huge and delicious. Very close to the gondola rides (you could easily walk there but we took the bus). Also loved the spa. Book it! You won't regret it!

Great choice
I needed step by step instructions by car, and dark, and gps wouldn't work.
They were so patient and sweet and the owner came by at night to make sure we were okay, since it was late. Great caring people! Front desk young lady the next day was also extremely helpful and sweet.
Breakfast was huge with great variety and taste! Strongly recommend

The hotel is adults only and is in a somewhat secretive location on the outskirts of Ortisei so a good night’s sleep is guaranteed here. The communication was smooth and easy for the late check-in and the self-service bar was much appreciated in the spacious joint living room. The single room is not very big but smarty laid out including a gorgeous mountain view balcony. The breakfast was sumptuous with lots of high quality local produce. It is not a cheap hotel to stay but worth it for the peace and quiet to prepare you for a day of hiking.

One of our favorite stays in Italy. Super friendly staff, help your self honor bar with great balcony’s overlooking the valley. Wellness spa with saunas, steam, infrared rooms. The breakfast was great and the server was the nicest woman. The bedrooms were nice. Ortisei is a very cool area to explore and ride gondola’s up to breathtaking views. Friendly welcoming staff can go so far with a stay!

Small & charming hotel, a place to rest, delicious meals and great staff! It is the secret for a great stay in a hotel and this one had it all! I would surely recommend it to everyone thinking about visiting that side of Italy! Just loved this place❤️

superior service, beautiful ambiance, amazing views, smart location. Where to start? Service: gread breakfast and helpful guidance by Alex. Ambiance: tastefully decorated room and common areas. Views of the mountains are in every direction. Location on the edge of town gives rural feel yet the town is a few minutes away. All of this and the price is more than reasonable : a bargain. What a find! Only negative: rental car's gps did not work well;use Google maps instead.
