Non conoscevamo questo hotel. Io, moglie e bambino di 3 anni abbiamo scelto di soggiornare prendendo l'appartamento family. Abbiamo soggiornato per 2 settimane e devo dire che la scelta é stata perfetta! L'hotel é in posizione perfetta a 2 minuti a piedi dal centro pedonale ma allo stesso tempo garantisce tranquillità. Gode di vista panoramica su Bulla e sul Sassolungo É a conduzione famigliare e il numero limitato di camere é un pregio. Impossibile trovare difetti. Tanti sono invece i pregi da ricordare: 1. Camera (family apartment) spettacolare. Nuovissima, grande, luminosa, pulita, con due balconi e vista sul Sassolungo e sul Seceda. Non mancava veramente nulla. 2. Eleganza, cura e pulizia delle parti comuni. 3. Bellissima spa con sauna panoramica con vista mozzafiato bagno turco, area relax, terrazza solarium panoramica. In più giardino con sdrai, lettini, ombrelloni e piscina dove il bambino si é divertito tantissimo. 4. Colazione di ottima qualità sia dolce sia salata. Grande attenzione ai dettagli. Ingrid e Sara sempre presenti per allietare l'inizio della giornata con una bella centrifuga fresca! 5. Parcheggio e utilissimo garage gratuito. Presente anche deposito bici. 6. Wifi perfettamente funzionante. 7. Ottimo e gradito apericena con prodotti tipici e cucina casalinga offerto. Complimenti a Julian, Linda e Bernadette. Sempre presenti, sempre disponibili ad ascoltare ed esaudire le richieste ma sopratutto sempre sorridenti. The owners were lovely! They were working the check in desk and told us how their hotel came to be. Every detail was accounted for. Beds and linens were luxurious. Views were outstanding. Excellent location. Breakfast was delicious (many selections) and their entire staff was friendly and warm.

We very much enjoyed our 3 nights at Planlim. Firstly its location is very close walking distance to the centre of Ortisei, its numerous stores, restaurants and cablecars. Although we had our own car we never even thought to use it to get around. Secondly the views from our studio were simply breathtaking and the ambience was calm and peaceful. The whole hotel was very recently renovated and our studio with kitchenette was immaculate and modern and even included a dishwasher. Beds were extremely comfortable and we had a generous balcony overlooking the mountains, spacious back garden and pool area. Although we came as a couple, the hotel would also be suited to families solo travellers and well behaved groups of friends 😉 Breakfast served each morning was generous, be it local cheeses, cured meats, fruit salad, yoghurts, eggs dishes made to your liking and a variety of delicious baked goods, all of excellent quality. We also enjoyed a very good dinner at their in-house restaurant comprising both local and international dishes very well executed and clearly using fresh local ingredients. Central Ortisei, while lovely can get busy and Planlim offers a serene refuge close enough to the action yet just far enough to enjoy some chill time.

The hotel is very conveniently located, walking distance to the center and 5 min from the lifts of both Seceda and Seiser Alm. The staff is very friendly, and very helpfull. The hotel offers a mini bus service to the lifts and thne breakfast is amazing. We will definitely revist!

Ich war hier für drei Tage zum Skifahren. Ein wirklich schönes Haus. Das Haus ist komplett renoviert und auf aktuellem Stand in Design und Technik. Es liegt leicht erhöht etwa 500m von beiden Bergbahnen in St. Ulrich entfernt. Es wird täglich in festen Zietfenster ein Shuttle-Service angeboten, der einen individuell zur Bergbahn fährt, oder auf Anruf wieder abholt Top Service, den ich alleridngs aufgrund der geringen Entfernung allerdings nicht in Anspruch genommen habe. Ich hatte ein Studio-Zimmer mit kleiner Küchenzeile, allerdings nur, damit ich einen ordentlichen Tisch zum Arbeiten hatte. Ein kleiner Balkon mt Blick aufd ie seier Alm. Das Zimmer ist recht klein, aber es fehlt an nichts. Komsetik-Artikel, Bademäntel, Latschen, etc. alles da. Für ein 3 Sterne Haus sicher nicht selbst verständlich und eher bei 4 und 5 Sterne Häusern zu erwarten. Auch das Frühstück lässt keien Wünsche offen. Alles da was man braucht und noch mehr Eierspeisen werden ausschließlich a la minute und nach Wunsch zubereitet. Spiegeleier, Rührei, Omelette, etc. DAs Hote verfügt nach eigener Interpretation über ein Bistro anstelle eines restaurants, steht dem aber eigentlich in nichts nach. Die Speisekarte ist klein, aber die Speisen von ordentlicher Qualität. ich hab ehier 2x gegesseb und war sehr zufrieden. Das Personal ist in allen Bereichen freundlich und zuvorkommend.beantwortet alle Fragen udn ist jederzeit behilflich. Der Spa-Bereich, ebenfalls neu, verfügt über Sauna, Dampfsaune, Liegebereich, Dachterrasse und Whirlpool. Getränke stehen ebenfalls zur Verfügung. Auch hier top. Einziger kleiner verbesserungsvorschlag: In den Duschen dort fehlt Duschgel oder Shampoo. Das zwingt einen zum nochmaligen Duschen im Zimmer. Vielleicht mal darüber nachdenken. Ansonsten wurden alle Erwartungen die ich an ein 3-Sterne Haus hatte übertroffen. Top.

Abbiamo passato tre giorni in famiglia in questa bellissima struttura. Tutto è curato nei minimi particolari con classe e gusto. Non manca nulla e l’atmosfera è davvero rilassante. Il personale inoltre è molto gentile e professionale. Ci torneremo sicuramente. Complimenti
