Location is good, very close to downtown and cable car station, room is kinda old , might need to consider it. BUt the receptionist is super friendly.

Abbiamo scelto la mezza pensione: colazione varia e abbondante, per la cena hanno deliziato i nostri palati con piatti della tradizione, tutte le sere potevamo scegliere tra due primi e due secondi servizi, il servizio al tavolo cortese, inoltre c'era il buffet degli antipasti, dolci e formaggi. la proprietaria Chiara sempre disponibile e cortese, pronta a darci consigli per le escursioni, laddove richiesti. We had dinner in this hotel one evening, discovering the restaurant. The staff is friendly and the set menu is excellent. Above all, it is the Tyrolean atmosphere that conquers you, with wood and an environment that transmits warmth. We had an amazing ski vacation and hope to return to Villa Emilia! Excellent location, walking distance to slopes, town, and sledding! Clean and comfortable rooms, quaint bar, and delicious food. Wonderful breakfast buffet, and first course dinner buffet! Something for everyone. The staff is warm and helpful.

I booked this last minute due to a plan change and arrived very late at night, well beyond the check-in time. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful. If I remember correctly, her name is Rita. She assisted me from the moment I checked in, helped me carry my bags, and explained everything. Breakfast was also good.The room was nice and clean.
