A éviter
Pas de parking une fois arrivés malgré ce qui nous avait été dit avant. Si l'hôtel est relativement propre, il est par contre totalement vétuste (prises electriques qui ne fonctionnent pas ou dont le cache tombe, fils electriques apparents, accroche pommeau cassé etc...)
Et surtout, les emplacements sécurisés pour notre voiture etaient tellement bien, que nous l'avons retrouvée fracturée et vidée...

Assolutamente da evitare. Abbiamo soggiornato per lavoro una notte,prezzo spropositato, senza colazione, rumoroso e datato. Il prezzo non in linea con i servizi offerti. Sicuramente se saremo in zona la prossima volta andremo altrove.

hotel vintage rimasto agli anni 80 come stile ed arredamento camere e letto mignon accettabile la colazione e la gentilezza alla accettazione unico lato positivo la vicinanza alla stazione di orte per il resto nulla piû una ristrutturazione adeguata sarebbe necessaria

Una sera di fine luglio ho perso una coincidenza da Orte FS verso nord, e per non dormire alla stazione, ho trovato questo albergo proprio nei paraggi (saranno sì e no 200 metri). La signora Maria Letizia, alla concierge, è stata gentilissima e mi ha trovato una camera; mi ha anche fatto un piccolo sconto. La mattina dopo ho fatto colazione, ho lasciato la chiave in un vassoio al desk e ho preso l'agognato treno.

Hotel molto basico ed economico, sicuramente in passato era una buona struttura, oggi pur in attività sconta il tempo trascorso. Insonorizzazione delle camere inesistente. Abbondante e variata la colazione del mattino. Buon rapporto qualità prezzo. Vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria di Orte e quindi molto comodo per chi utilizza il treno, ma lontano dal centro storico di Orte. Personale gentile, la struttura richiederebbe un importante restyling.

Per nostra fortuna abbiamo alloggiato solo 1 notte in questo albergo a così dire a 3 stelle. Albergo vecchio, stanza poco pulita, per niente confortevole, ho sofferto il freddo tutta la notte perché il condizionatore a pompa di calore non funzionava. Il bagno non aveva il bidet ma una doccetta anche essa non funzionante sul water. Colazione da discount con cornetti secchi neanche riscaldati. Insomma io ve lo sconsiglio

Diciamo che invece di proporci telefonicamente una suite (anche nel prezzo!), sarebbero stati più onesti a dirci che avevano disponibiltà solo di un'appartamento datato, con impianto elettrico al limite del pericoloso, tele scollegata come pure il frigo, posto macchina inesistente.. . magari lo prendevamo lo stesso ma con cognizione di causa... Non ce la sentiamo di consigliarlo al prezzo richiesto...

Proprietaria arrogante (anche col proprio personale) e affetta da Sindrome di Aristotele. L'orientamento al cliente è inesistente e l'organizzazione lascia decisamente a desiderare. Struttura molta datata, senza alcun tipo di insonorizzazione. Bagni fatiscenti e al limite della sicurezza. Pulizia inesistente nelle camere e cattivo odore anche nelle parti comuni dell'hotel (sala ristorante compresa). Concordo con chi ha scritto che è meglio un sacco a pelo alla stazione. Da evitare, anzi DA CHIUDERE!!!
