Otel çok temiz, ferah ve düzenliydi. Odalar geniş, dekorasyonu oldukça zevkli ve detaylar ince düşünülmüş. Kahvaltısı butik bir otel için bol çeşitli, taze ve lezzetliydi, özellikle yumurtaları gezen tavuk yumurtasıydı. Akşam yemeği Bodrum’da denize sıfır bir mekan için oldukça makul fiyatta ve çok lezzetliydi. Otel bukleti dahi sıradan değil, kaliteli bir markanın ürünlerinden seçilmişti.Personel her konuda yardımcı ve güler yüzlüydü, kendimizi evimizde gibi hissettik. Ailecek huzurlu bir ortam arayanlara kesinlikle tavsiye ederim. Artık Bodrum bölgesinde başka bir otel aramayız. Diğer misafirler gibi biz de artık bu otelin müdavim misafiriyiz.

Hem yaz hem de kış aylarında ayrı ayrı ziyaret ettiğimiz bu güzel otel; konumu, çalışanları ve mutfağıyla bize her defasında eşsiz bir deneyim yaşatıyor. Otele adım attığınız anda, resepsiyonda Esra Hanım’ın güler yüzüyle karşılanır, temiz, ferah ve konforlu odanızda tatilinize başlarsınız. Otelin mutfağı son derece lezzetli, çalışanları ise hem güler yüzlü hem de oldukça ilgili. Konaklamanızın en iyi şekilde geçmesi için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Ancak, bu oteli ev konforunda, huzurlu ve keyifli kılan en önemli kişi şüphesiz otelin sahibi Yılmaz Algül. Kendisine özellikle teşekkür etmek isterim. Tüm misafirleriyle tek tek ilgilenir, keyiflerinin yerinde olduğundan emin olur, varsa sorunlarını ve isteklerini hızla çözüme kavuşturur. Tatilinizin kusursuz geçmesi için büyük bir özen gösterir. What I like Lugga Boutique Hotel is its location, the large duplex hotel room and its services. Three of us were there staying over for three nights and the hotel staffs were super attentive and catered to our every needs. Their breakfast staffs are very helpful, happy, greeted us every morning with genuine helps. Their owner will check every morning to ensure the hotel services are up to standard and also they support females working there! Amazing!

Lugga Otel’de kaldığımız süre boyunca her şey mükemmeldi. Resepsiyondaki Esra Hanım’ın son derece nazik ve profesyonel hizmeti ile kahvaltı bölümünde Öykü Hanım ve Rabia Hanım’ın güler yüzlü ve özenli yaklaşımları konaklamamızı çok daha keyifli hale getirdi. Otelin temizliği, kahvaltıdaki çeşitlilik ve kalite gerçekten etkileyiciydi. Kendimizi hem rahat hem de özel hissettiren bu hizmet için tüm ekibe teşekkür ederiz. Bodrum’a tekrar geldiğimizde kesinlikle tercih edeceğimiz bir otel. Gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye ederim!
