The hotel is in a good location. It is in a small town in the west of Dalaman. There are many supermarkets around and the transportation is convenient. Prices are cheaper than in Dalaman city. The weather is very good. Breakfast is provided in the morning. The conditions are good.

17 Mayıs 2025 günü ailece Grand Köse Airport Hotel’de 2 odada konakladık. Kahvaltı saati ile ilgili bir bilgi verilmedi. Normalde tatil beldelerinde hafta sonları kahvaltı saat 11’e kadar sürer. Saat 10:02’de eşim ile kahvaltı salonuna indik. Otel sahibi kahvaltı saatinin saat 10:00’da bittiğini ve kahvaltı veremeyeceklerini söyledi. Biz de 2 dakikalık bir gecikmenin normal olduğunu en azından biraz ekmek peynir verin ilaç için kahvaltı yapalım dedik. Hotel sahibi sakallı adam mümkün olmadığını, kahvaltı saatinin saat 10:00’da bittiğini söyleyerek kahvaltı vermedi. Ben deYetkili kişiyi sordum. kahvaltı salonundaki bey olduğunu, otel sahibi olduğunu söyledi. O sırada otel sahibi geldi. Ben de kendisine hitaben; İşletmecinin müşteriye böyle davranmasının esnaflığa sığmadığını söyledim. Bize bağırarak : Siz laftan anlamıyorsunuz, kahvaltı saati bitti, laftan anlamıyor musunuz? Diye sesini yükseltti. Ben de bağırmasını söyledim. 2. Gün konaklamamızı iptal edip ücret iadesini talep ettik. Otel sahibi üstümüze yürüdü, bizi dövmeye kalktı. Otelimden defolun gidin şekilinde bağırıp hakarete ve saldırmaya başladı. Personelleri aramıza girdi. Ticari ahlaktan yoksun, esnaflığı bilmeyen Grand Köse Airport Hoteli kimseye önermem.
