Einchecken war katastrophal
Schrecklicher Service beim Einchecken.
Die Reception war wohl in einem anderen Hotel.
Das Personal an der Bar konnte nichts machen.
Sehr unprofessionell.
Keine Informationen über den gratis Parkplatz, wo man parkieren kann. Mussten dann zusätzlich 20 Euro bezahlen.(öffentliches Parkhaus).
Wir konnten zwar ins Zimmer, mussten dann eine Stunde und ein Viertel auf den Schlüssel warten. Nach 3-maliger Rücksprache via Whatspapp und 2-maliger Rücksprache an der Bar. Ein Sorry, das war alles. Wir konnten das weitere Programm nicht wie vorgestellt durchführen.
Leider gab es auch keine Seesicht, wie im angepriesen.
Ein sehr schönes Zimmer und sehr zentral gelegen.
Schade, da fehlt einfach ein gutes Hotelmanagement.
Alles angelernte Leute, die Betreuung benötigen.
Sonst wäre es sicherlich toll gewesen.

I was a bit dubious reading the other reviews. Placed directly in the square with access through the cafe below to the rooms upstairs. Firstly you have to go to their sister hotel Caterina to book in and get the directions to park in the old part of town to drop your bags off and then go back up to park your car on waste land with a gate, which is free. A bit of a faff but manageable. The room was clean enough. Shower was in the middle of the room but it was a great shower. Fridge full of drinks and snacks all free. Couldn’t see the lake really. Location great, BUT the bars below stay open to the wee hours(2 am) and can be noisy. I was woken quite a lot. The breakfast is ok, the staff are nice enough. Overall for the money it was fine. Take a mossie zapper for the room, i got eaten alive!!!

Siamo stati meravigliosamente bene, massima gentilezza e professionalità del personale. Ho conosciuto Elena, persona meravigliosa di una disponibilità assoluta e poi Perla, una ragazza che il nome dice tutto! Perla è nel bar/ristorantino dove facevamo una colazione superlativa, tanto dolce e carina, ho trascorso una vacanza tanto romantica sul lago, circondata da gente che rimarrà nel mio cuore per sempre!
