Ottima location, posizione top ad Orta San Giulio. plus assoluto il parking interno. Complimenti ad Eliana alla reception : impeccabile, brava, simpatica e molto professionale!!! oltre che super simpatica.... camere pulite e curate come tutto l'hotel. servizi ottimi. qualita' del sonno eccellente. colazione varia sia dolce che salato. alla partenza la Titolare ci ha omaggiati di due bottiglie oltre che dimostrato attenzione e cura non comuni...abbiamo molto apprezzato. da provare assolutamente.

Rien à redire sur l’accueil : bons conseils y compris pour visiter la ville.
En revanche, prestations de l’hôtel laissant à désirer : propreté très moyenne dans la chambre ; draps froissés, serviettes de toilette tachées.
Peu voire pas de décoration des murs tant dans la chambre que dans la salle de restaurant. Un hôtel tristoune alors que le cadre extérieur est magnifique.

È la seconda volta che soggiorniamo in questo hotel a poca distanza da piazza Orta. (si raggiunge a piedi in 10 minuti) Camera accogliente con balconcino frigo bar e bollitore. Colazione ottima dolce e salata con prodotti di prima qualità la proprietaria super attenta alle esigenze del cliente. Chicca da non sottovalutare rimessa per auto al coperto e chiusa da cancello automatico. Ottima base per visitare le bellezze del lago

We spent the weekend of the 14 and 15h of June. We were there for the swim race of the Oceanman 2024 like last year. On the day after the race, my grilfriend got beaten by two bulldogs that belong to the owner of the hotel. She got beaten so badly that we had to run to this hospital where we waited for 6 hours and left because no doctors were there to take care of her. I asked many times to the owner of the hotel if the dogs were vaccinated agains the rabies disease but she never showed us any prooves. The only excuse she had was that she did't know that clients were staying on the second floor and that's why she did let the dogs free. We were very frustrated about the situation because we had to put an end to the weekend and leave back to switzerland on the same day so that my girl friend could get cured. We never received any escuses neither news about how she was doing. I'm warning the guest to be very careful because the bulldogs are very dangerous and agressiv. They can attack any adults or childs and nobody in the hotel will carry any responsability. they just do't care!!! At thmoment my friend is still suffering from the injuries and she has been under antibiotics for the last month.

Buon Horel a pochi minuti dalla stazione . Funzionale , pulito , personale cortese . La pecca però è che il bagno era poco luminoso e la doccia senza copertura , per un 3 Stelle e quanto pagato sinceramente mi aspettavo un po’ di Più . Non posso recensire la colazione in quanto ci siamo svegliati tardi!
