Très bon séjour dans cette magnifique bâtisse. Le service de transport vers la petite ville qui est sinon à 20 mn à pied est très agréable. Nous avons par ailleurs particulièrement apprécié le partenariat avec aqua by the lake pour pouvoir se baigner dans la piscine et dans le lac ! Le personnel est extrêmement accueillant et gentil

Siamo stati per il nostro anniversario, ed è stato tutto perfetto, l’attenzione del personale è massima, dall’accoglienza alla cena, dalle camere alla colazione (ho mangiato la brioche più buona di sempre). Sono stato in molti stellati, ma chef Canavacciuolo li supera tutti, complimenti!

Excellent hotel although we were only here a short night. The restaurant was closed so they sent us to Michelin star sister hotel du lax. Phenomenal. Food excellent service top notch h. Richard st front desk checked us in and took good care of us . Our room was very large and comfortable overlooking lake. The sheets were best I’ve ever felt true Italian linen. Old world for sure but very comfortable. We had welcome drinks in the cute bar before heading to dinner at du lac. Would stay again it was wonderful . Sorry we didn’t get to stay longer. We stayed night before heading to airport which was 1 hr away. Loved it.

Incantevole. Accoglienza perfetta, servizio eccellente. Un luogo magico che va vissuto almeno una volta. La villa e’ dotata di ogni comfort, la vista sul lago regala una cartolina da incorniciare. Il personale è stato splendido dal primo momento all’ultimo. Per noi era la terza volta ma ce ne saranno molte di più. Alla prossima!

Stayed one night (unfortunately on a day when the restaurant was closed). But it was wonderful nevertheless.. the whole place is unique .. a lovely bar and breakfast area .. and the location is great to walk around the peninsula of Orta San Giulio. Also only 15 minutes walk into San Giulio which has lovely restaurants
