I’ve been visiting Shepparton Holiday Village for many years, and it’s great to see the improvements being made to the cabins. However, I was disappointed to see the removal of the jumping pillow, as it was always a hit with the kids. They did get a bit bored at times without it. That said, I still highly recommend the property—it's peaceful, well-maintained, and conveniently close to the shops.

We had an extremely disappointing experience during our stay. The staff was rude and displayed clear discrimination, which made the entire visit unpleasant. Basic politeness, fairness, and proper customer service were entirely lacking. Holidays and outings are supposed to be enjoyable and relaxing, but staying here felt more like being in a jail. Despite charging high prices, the service provided was absolutely subpar and unacceptable. We would not recommend this place to anyone. If you're looking for a pleasant experience, this is not the place to go. Save your money and choose somewhere else where guests are treated with respect and care.

Good sized 2 bedroom cabin
Good communication. Text with after hours instructions. Happy with the cabin except all the bird poo on the car. Aircon worked well. Tv could be larger.
