The location is perfect, but everything else is just average. It's the only option in the mountains and is very close to the cable car.

The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. The reception staff were great , and we are very grateful to them for allowing us to leave our belongings before check-in.
The views, of course, were incredible, as the hotel is located in a picturesque area. There is also an indoor pool with views of the teide.
At the same time, we spent the night in the company of cockroaches, which, in my opinion, is absolutely unacceptable in a hotel where room prices start at $140.
We informed the reception about this, and when we asked if any compensation was possible, they smiled at us and said that it was not possible.

Exceptional stay! The hotel offered a good location in the mountains. The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly designed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with diverse options. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The only hotel in the entire Teide Peak. The location is really great. You can walk there to see the stars at night. The dinner and breakfast in the hotel are also good. The room is generally large and the view is right outside the window.

Buen parador, bonitas vistas, personal encantador y naturaleza por donde quieras ver. Mucha fauna de lagartos y buenas temperaturas. Los únicos fallos que le encuentro son que por las mañanas, como está el centro de visitantes al lado, vienen todas las excursiones de todoterrenos etcétera y te despiertan. Y lo segundo, si estás por ejemplo en la habitación 125, hay una maquina que hace temblar el suelo. Pero fueron super amables y lo reprogramaron para que no se oyera. Excelente experiencia.

El entorno de las Cañadas del Teide i la visión de este des de el Parador es impresionante, pero el Parador está un poco anticuado y especialmente su servicio de restauración es muy deficiente (al menos nuestra experiencia), lo cual es muy grave en este caso ya que no hay restaurantes donde comer o cenar en varios quilómetros a la redonda.

Almuerzo fatal:ternera y bacalao de cuarta y mal ejecutados,pasadísimos,lo comentamos con el camarero y ni se disculpó,hizo un gesto de indiferencia y siguió.En recepción casi nos cobran la estancia cuando ya la teníamos pagada con una caja regalo,tuvimos que volver para aclararlo. Lo mejorn la ubicación,la piscina y el trato que nos dieron Noemi y Barbara: profesionales,amables,atentas y educadas.

Una habitación magnífica con un muy buen servicio. El parador muy cuidado, con zonas renovadas modernas. Mejorable la piscina, con agua turbia. También el aspecto exterior, algo avejentado, no a la altura del interior y el buen servicio.
