The location is perfect, but everything else is just average. It's the only option in the mountains and is very close to the cable car.

The room was comfortable, with a cozy bed and all the necessary amenities. The reception staff were great , and we are very grateful to them for allowing us to leave our belongings before check-in.
The views, of course, were incredible, as the hotel is located in a picturesque area. There is also an indoor pool with views of the teide.
At the same time, we spent the night in the company of cockroaches, which, in my opinion, is absolutely unacceptable in a hotel where room prices start at $140.
We informed the reception about this, and when we asked if any compensation was possible, they smiled at us and said that it was not possible.

Exceptional stay! The hotel offered a good location in the mountains. The room was spotless, spacious, and elegantly designed. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort. The breakfast buffet was a highlight with diverse options. Highly recommended for a relaxing getaway!

The only hotel in the entire Teide Peak. The location is really great. You can walk there to see the stars at night. The dinner and breakfast in the hotel are also good. The room is generally large and the view is right outside the window.

it's pretty much the closest hotel to the volcano. parking just in front of the hotel. you can hike around the area literally from there. great views from the rooms. there's a smallish covered pool and a sauna (got to let reception know before using it) in a separate building next to the hotel. There's a very nice bfast. The restaurant was quite good, too. Service - one day very friendly , next day not as friendly - same person. Right next to the hotel is a smallish shop and a free visitors centre worth going. dont' miss the film on the lower floor about Teide 4 seasons!

Le restaurant propose une cuisine gastronomique basée sur des recettes traditionnels (ne ratez pas la mousse au miel de palme). Le petit-déjeuner vous donnera des forces pour explorer les environs.

Le seul hotel du parc, malheureusement. Quand on arrive, nous sommes charmés par l'ambiance rustique americaine (type grand canyon), on s'y sent bien! La vue est epoustouflante car vous etes au pied du teide, mais il y a beaucoup a dire : Les chambres sont tres petites et rustres, nous avions precisé que nous venions feter notre anniversaire de mariage et pourtant nous avons eu deux lits simples (double superieur) Nous n'avions pas de balcon, ce qui est particulierement dommage dans un endroit comme celui ci, et les lits grincés : n'y allez pas pour bien dormir A l'arrivé on nous a promis notre chambre si on attendais 20mn, nous avons accepté, et nous sommes privés de visite eventuelle du parc, pour finalement avoir notre chambre 1h plus tard. Le "spa" qui n'en etait pas un , se composait d'une piscine interieur pas chauffée (frissons garantie) et d'un sauna eteint. Le petit dejeuner etait bon , mais peu de choix.
