Horrible service. They made us pay when we arrived at the location. But we had already paid through Airbnb. So I paid double the amount for one room for one night. Tried to contact the owner through whattsapp, Airbnb helpdesk and email but he does not even respond.. Would never recommend this to anyone!

Attenzione alla prenotazione con Booking in questa struttura. L' addebito comunque anticipato e l'eventuale cancellazione successiva non sono per nulla trasparenti se non a cose fatte. Abbiamo infatti dovuto rinunciare al viaggio per problemi familiari e Booking in fase di cancellazione con camera addebitata lo stesso giorno si e' dichiarata alla fine impotente a risolvere la questione per mancata risposta della struttura che ha poi accampato ragioni di data. Per la cronaca tre strutture sarde prenotate per date ben anteriori con diritto di addebitare penali vi hanno rinunciato auspicando di averci ospiti in futuro come sicuramente avverra'. Questo fa la differenza tra onesti e disonesti.

Premetto che non conosco la zona, e quindi non ho parametri di riferimento specifico. Però devo dire che l’ubicazione è comoda (anche se apparentemente la stradina è anonima), poiché molto vicina sia al centro paese sia alle vie di comunicazione. Stanza ampia, molto pulita, materasso comodo, colazione adeguata. Proprietari gentili (mai incontrati per questioni di orario ma estremamente disponibili ad aiuto e spiegazioni via cell), prezzo corretto. E’ un B&B, non un hotel, e si vede….ma ci tornerei.

Chegamos um pouco depois do horário de check in, mas fomos falando com o proprietário via WhatsApp e havia uma funcionária aguardando para nos receber e dar todas as dicas da região. Alessandra foi muito atenciosa. O quarto era muito espaçoso, assim como o banheiro. O café da manhã tinha uma variedade boa. Ficava bem próximo (5’ a pé) do qie entendemos ser o centro da cidade.

Recentemente ristrutturato in modo tipico e piacevole.In pieno centro ad Orosei comodo a tutti i ristoranti ma anche a parcheggio e tutte le attrattive in zona.Gestione famigliare molto disponibile e cortese,ottima la colazione.buon rapporto qualità prezzo
