I’ve been here as part of my stay in italy. Everything was nice, good quality of food, also nice room, good staff, always smiling and very helpful Breakfast was the best part of this stay, good choice of sweet and savory food. This was a good stay for all of my family!!!!

Entgegen einiger Bewertungen kann ich nur das Beste über das gesamte Tem der Anlage berichten. Schon beim Einchecken wurden wir freundlichst und kompetent empfangen. Obwohl 2 Std. zu früh, war unser Zimmer bereits fertig und wir bekamen unsere Schlüsselkarte. Das Zimmer über den gesamten Aufenthalt supersauber und unsere Hausdame war auch sehr freundlich. Das Team an den Bars und im Restaurant wirklich super. Die Anlage ist riesig und der Pool ist der größte, den ich in Europa bisher gesehen habe. Und alles super gepfegt und sauber, auch die Toiletten am Pool.
Kleinste Kritikpunkte: am Gym könnten die Geräte besser gewartet werden (z.B. ist Kardiogerät in Funktion) und in Ruhe zu Speisen is bei der Größe der Anlage / Speisesaal kaum möglich. Wir hatten zum Glück nur Frühstück. Orosei ist dadurch, dass ein Shuttle fährt, kein Problem auch bis spät am Abend gut zu erreichen. Gäste kommen im wesentlichen aus Italien.
Wir waren insgesamt sehr positiv überrascht 5*

Die Nachsaison war schon deutlich zu spüren. So wurden die Angebote täglich reduziert. Anfangs waren noch gefühlte 1000 Leute im Speisesaal, extrem ungemütlich! Täglich wurden es zum Glück aber weniger. Das Speisenangebot war recht gut, hier fand eigentlich jeder etwas. Sicher kein Luxusdiner, aber schön angerichtet. Positiv überrascht waren wir von den Gratis- Getränkeautomaten (Bier, Weine, Mineralwasser). Zwar extrem kleine Gläser, aber man konnte sich ja mit Gläsern von wo anders helfen. Es war halt ein dauerndes Hin- und Hergehen durch die große Halle zum Platz, da man neben dem Buffet des Lärmes wegen eigentlich überhaupt nicht sitzen könnte. Die Zimmer waren sehr schön, mit Balkon und Kühlschrank! Großes Bad und sehr ruhig. Die Poolanlage war riesig! Einfach nur RIESIG! Schöne parkähnliche Grünanlage, kurzer Weg zum Strand. Zum Glück waren die vielen Leute vom Essen nicht am Stand oder am Pool. Dort war es fast leer. Insgesamt eine sehr zu empfehlende Anlage, in der Hauptsaison muss man mit sehr starker Belegung rechnen, aber das Hotel dürfte hier gegensteuern, da es noch weitere (mittlerweile geschlossene) Einrichtungen wie Sitzmöglichkeiten, Grillbereiche,..) gab. Beim Einchecken muss man eine Karte nehmen und auf dieser Geld aufbuchen. Nicht verbrauchtes bekam man am Schluss zurück.

Mi spiace constatare come tutte le recensioni positive non corrispondano affatto alla realtà. Probabilmente queste persone non hanno mai soggiornato in altri villaggi oppure non sono veritiere ma semplicemente pubblicate per coprire le recensioni negative. sicuramente la faranno cancellare, hanno questo potere. Purtroppo abbiamo saputo troppo tardi che questo villaggio internazionale, quindi pieno di stranieri, che non fanno che bere tutto il giorno e tenere occupati i lettini della piscina dalle 9 alle 18. La spiaggia non tanto bella acqua subito profonda. L'acqua qui è a pagamento nonostante l'all inclusive. Animazione è assente, nemmeno una canoa a disposizione. Per fortuna che a 15 minuti a piedi si arriva alla splendida spiaggia di Osala La ristorazione è continentale di bassissima qualità e poco varia. Spettacoli serali deludenti. Si fa fatica a chiamarli spettacoli. Attività sportive o tornei inesistenti. Come si fa a dare 4 stelle ad un posto così che offre agli ospiti tutte le sere il surimi, un surrogato del pesce. Se siete italiani, soprattutto con bambini, non è il posto per voi.

Hotel is overall clean but not really modern. Pool Area is very nice, the beach is also nice but crowded. Food is terrible and the choices are very limited. 120€ mandatory usage fee for pool etc. is like a bad joke.
