El apartamento perfecto, super limpio, bien equipado y zona muy tranquila para poder descansar. Dispone de piscina, zona infantil, barbacoa y jardines, todo muy bien cuidado. El personal super atento, gracias Adriano y Silvia por ayudarnos e informarnos de todo y siempre con una sonrisa. La ubicación para nosotros fue perfecta, cerca de preciosas playas blancas y del golfo de orosei, que es impresionante, imprescindible ver si vas a Cerdeña, también dispone de supermercado, farmacia y restaurantes a 5 min. andando. Sin duda super recomendable.

Buongiorno, anche quest'anno siamo tornati in questa meravigliosa struttura, dove relax , calma, tranquillità, fanno da padrone, regalando momenti unici, dove la stanchezza di un anno lavorativo viene cancellata. Struttura condotta egregiamente dal suo Direttore, che coordina impeccabilmente il suo staff, al quale va un plauso per disponibilità, prontezza d'intervento e pulizia perfetta di tutti i locali...in questo posto magico sembra che il tempo si fermi, ma nello stesso tempo ti riempie di serenità.

Un ringraziamento a tutto lo staff molto cordiale, l'appartamento che ci è stato assegnato è stato di nostro gradimento, parco giochi e piscina praticamente a un passo. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa. Adriano il direttore una persona fantastica è stato sempre molto disponibile e molto carino. il manutentore una persona spettacolare che ci ha dato anche ai consigli, e infine la signora Luisa fantastica!!!! una persona spettacolare, una donna tutta d'un pezzo carinissima e disponibilissima ci ha dato un sacco di consigli e ci ha fatto sentire come se fossimo a casa. torneremo sicuramente qua quando torniamo in Sardegna

We stayed in a lovely 1 bedroom apartment. It’s a 15-20 min walk to the beach and has restaurants all around. The manager was very helpful and kind. You can leave your luggage at reception if you’re early or have a late flight checking out. Only down sides is that it’s €5 per person, per day as a service charge and city tax, but you are only given one towel each for your stay and although you are required to clean your dishes, they don’t supply you with dish soap or sponges… Walls are very thin and you’ll hear everything from the upstairs apartment if you’re on the ground floor.

If you are looking for authentic Sardinian hospitality you must choose them! We spent a wonderful week, also thanks to the precious advice of the director and his collaborators, all really kind and always available, both for purely tourist information and for suggestions based on individual needs. The apartment is equipped with everything needed to cook and stay with every comfort and the Orosei area is rich not only in sea, but also in culture, truly unique archaeological and naturalistic sites, such as the Ispinigoli cave and the nuraghi of Serra Orrios just to name a few... in addition to this, the area also offers the possibility of walking, trekking and cycling. What to say! We will definitely return because we felt like at home in Cala Viola🥰

Optimal für ein paar Tage am Strand.
Genügend Restaurants und Supermärkte in der Nähe und freies Parken.
Strand ist klein aber sehr fein mit Bar/Cafe im Hintergrund
Die Unterkunft war äußerst sauber.
Preisleistung passt.
