Apartamentos 3000 Marina d'Or

We have been in apartments 3000, in Oropesa de Mar, Pamplona street, floor 1, door 4. Horrible stay, we have spent the Fallas festival, once we arrived at the apartments, we found that there is no reception in them, we called by phone and they tell us that we have to go to another address half an hour walk. We arrive at the reception and they tell you that if you want heating it costs €11 if we turn it on, each towel costs €10, they tell us that there are blankets in the closet. We go with small children to pick up the keys, we go to the apartment and what they advertise leaves a lot to be desired, we arrive and see that there is no blanket we have to call again and they tell us to leave and they will come in with other ones in a while keys and they leave us the blankets when they are samples of belongings inside, we found a door broken with a punch, a door swollen with water, a shower tray without a drain, smelling bad, the plastics of the sockets falling off, the apartment does not have any installed type of heating system and when we complained when returning the keys they told us that if we wanted it we should have asked for it and they would have given us a small electric stove paying €11, but it does not have heating as they sell, a disaster neither my children nor we have been at ease. We have photos of all the damage, which the reception has shown them and they tell us that it is true that they know everything and we feel cheated, because we want a pleasant stay with small children and it has been a disaster.
